| How ESL Works Conventional lubricants shear and breakdown on a regular basis resulting in metal to metal contact. This causes friction resulting in wear, high temperatures, and increased energy consumption. Added at typically 5%, ESL energy saving lubrication technology is a supplement that is carried to the friction zone by the host lubricant. The polarised molecules are then attracted to internal surfaces, creating a boundary film and thereby dramatically reducing friction, noise and wear. This results is a typical energy saving of between 4 and 12% and more money left in your Bank!! Ideal for cold starting of: engines, gearboxes, boats and vehicles which are only used occasionally.
ESL - lubricants offer superior performance under adverse conditions. They will continue to perform even in the event of loss or lack of the carrier lubricant!
ESL products are pure Organic/Petroleum based, they contain NO conventional friction reducing additives such as PTFE, Graphite, Lead, Chlorine, Reactive Solvents, Silicone or Molybdenum Disulphide. Consequently, ESL DOES NOT alter the characteristics of the host lubricants. They are totally compatible with all Mineral and Synthetic based Oils, Metal Surfaces, Rubber/Oil Seals, and DO NOT react with contaminants. |
