Bio-Sol Deepclean Floor Cleaner.

COST
For a typical dilution of 1:100, Bio-Sol Deepclean Floor Cleaner will cost less than £ 0.05 per litre

Action
Bio-Sol Deepclean Floor Cleaner removes dirt by breaking down the molecular structure that binds the dirt to the support.
It is NOT a solvent, or bleach.
It works best when used with lukewarm water (between 20oC-50oC).

Application
Bio-Sol Deepclean Floor Cleaner is suitable for manual application and use with scrubber dryers, rotary brush and injection extraction machines.
It can be reused for up to five days.
Allow a contact time of between 1-15 minutes to work effectively.

Composition
Soluble powder, containing enzymes, biodegradable surfactants and nutrients.
pH of 1% solution 7.5-8.5.
Does not foam.

Safety
  • Avoid inhalation of dusts.
  • Users should wear protective gloves.
  • Wash off skin/bathe eyes with water.
  • If swallowed rinse mouth but do not drink.
  • Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Examples of use and dilutions chart
Application Dilution treatment
1:100-
1:200		 Removal of oil, grease & tyre marks on concrete, tiles & wood. By hand or machine. Use strong brushing action, leave 1-15 minutes brush again to release dirt from support and remove.
1:100-
1:300		 Deep cleaning of porous floors As above
1:100-
1:300		 Removal of fungus, mould, barnacles. As above
1:100-
1:300		 Preparation of floors for sealing. As above, leave floor for several days to see if more oil seeps to the surface. Repeat as necessary
1:200-
1:500		 Removal of oil, grease, polish, animal waste from concrete, tiles and wooden floors By hand or machine. Apply with brushing action, leave 2-10 minutes, Brush again to release dirt from support and remove.
1:400-
1:600		 Regular maintenance cleaning of concrete, wooden & tiled floors. . By machine. Apply with brushing action; with repeated use action time is reduced to seconds.


Notes
  • Do not mix with chemical cleaners.
  • Do not overdose. The cleaner does not become more effective at higher concentrations.
  • Works well with all standard machines.
  • For tyre marks and solidified grease a hard brush or pad is recommended.
  • To work efficiently the cleaner must penetrate between the dirt and the surface to be cleaned
  • The product continues to work deep into porous surfaces ensuring a thorough clean.
  • For heavily polluted surfaces more than one application may be required.
